* Job Purpose:

** We are looking for a Cashier who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated in providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.
** Duties:
*** Perform basic math functions to handle transactions and make change
* Operate computer system, scanners, and credit card/debit card ATM terminals
* Memorize machine locations throughout the casino and be able to direct customers or make suggestions
* Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner
* Maintain accurate cash drawer
* Take a tally of the funds in the cash drawer when required during a shift and produce transaction reports
* Keep the cashier area clean and orderly
* Works as a team member to make sure that casino floor is clean and orderly along with other employees.
** Skills/

Qualifications:

*** High school graduate
* Mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately
* Previous experience in a cashier environment helpful.
* Positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately
* Ability to process gaming tickets, check cashing, and cash advance transactions.
* Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and twisting and standing for long periods of time
* Knowledge of casino system, including cash, credit cards and paycheck procedures.
