Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and move freight to designated storage areas.
• Stock shelves and backroom locations with packaged goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures while handling heavy loads.

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds repeatedly for the duration of the shift.
• Previous experience with forklifts or heavy machinery is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and basic math knowledge for closing inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent (desired).

Base pay: $17.00‑$30.00 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and optional hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
