Harrah’s Laughlin is seeking a skilled, motivated Line Cook to join our Smashburger team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen, love crafting quality food, and take pride in delivering consistent, delicious meals, this is the perfect opportunity. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll help bring our Family Style Service to life—behind the scenes and on every plate.

• Prepare and cook menu items to Smashburger standards with accuracy and speed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift
• Follow all recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen setup
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
• Support a positive, team‑focused kitchen environment
• Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service through quality, consistency, and teamwork

• Previous line cook or fast‑casual kitchen experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work in a high‑heat, fast‑paced environment
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)
