Harrah’s Laughlin is seeking a polished, attentive Backwaiter to support our team at The Range Steakhouse—our premier fine‑dining experience. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you’ll help deliver the refined, warm, and memorable service our guests expect.

• Assist servers by delivering food, refilling beverages, and anticipating guest needs
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables with speed, precision, and attention to detail
• Ensure service stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift
• Support the flow of service during peak dining periods
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all dining areas
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service through professionalism, warmth, and teamwork

• A polished, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, fine‑dining environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Previous restaurant or fine‑dining experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (required)
• Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required)
