Summary: Responsible for taking food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Working knowledge of the sequence of service and following it at all times.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station throughout shift.
• Assist other servers as needed to provide excellent service to guests.
• Remain knowledgeable of all menu items.
• Perform necessary side work.
• Maintain designated station by checking for proper table settings and cleanliness, ensuring only clean and full condiments are used.
• Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Remain polite and poised at all times when dealing with guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment.
• Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

• Nye County Liquor Work Permit

• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Constant walking, standing, and use of hearing and vision.
