We’re looking for a busser/food runner who is enthusiastic and excels in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be helping run food, refilling water glasses and other beverages, and restocking items in the kitchen and servers’ stations. You’ll clear and clean tables, and reset them with tableware and napkins for the next guests. You’ll also field customer inquiries and menu questions and let servers know when they are needed.

You should know about food safety rules, and having previous food experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working as part of a team and is eager to learn food service. Apply if this sounds like a good fit for you!

• Clear dirty dishes from tables, clean tables, and prepare for the next guests by resetting tables with clean silverware and napkins
• Deliver food to tables in a timely and orderly fashion, and ask if customers need anything else before leaving the table
• Seat customers, respond to any special needs and requests quickly, and relay them to the waiter or manager, if necessary
• Oversee restaurant stock and refill condiments as needed. Make sure each waiter station is filled with all the needed items
• Fill water glasses, bring beverages, or refill customers’ glasses, and remember to refill condiments and bring them to the table

• Must have or obtain Food Handlers Card and TAM Card
• Comfortable with frequent, extended periods of standing, lifting, and bending for the entire shift and/or closing
• Prior experience working in the food service industry is preferred, but not required
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to help out with extra shifts as needed
• Know the basics of how to handle food items and kitchen equipment
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required

$12 hourly
