Position Overview

Arminta Square Apartments is a General affordable housing and Permanent Supportive Housing community compromised of 110 units in Sun Valley, CA. This Part-time position duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation / applications. This position also provides general support to the Property Manager.

• General office duties
• Show units to perspective residents
• Distribute brochures and information about property
• Assist with advertising vacant units
• Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Section 42
• Supportive and Fair Housing
• Yardi Systems
• Knowledge of property management
• Possession of a valid California driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
• Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent
• General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations
• Experience with Yardi Systems

• $20 hourly
• Sick Time
• Part Time: 25 hours a week
