Overview
Responsible for care of all interior and exterior landscaping. Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, maintenance of artificial plants.
Responsibilities- Performs ground keeping and building maintenance duties.
- Mows lawns
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass shrub and bushes as needed.
- Apply fertilizer to enhance growth as needed.
- Knowledge of Irrigation Systems.
- Knowledge of herbicides and pesticides.
- Sweep walkways of debris.
- Trim trees and palms as needed.
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds as needed.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in department.
- Rake, mulch and prune the grounds as needed.
- Ability to occasionally work in high places.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
High school education, 1 year minimum work experience in landscaping. Knowledge of sprinkler systems.
Minimum age requirement is 18.
