Facilitate and maintain consistent pool safety programmes and ensure guest safety.

• Must display knowledge of the pool facility such as length and depth of all pools.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the pool area, including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting dirty towels and trash, moving chairs, boxing towels, cleaning signs, etc.
• Participate in pool safety programmes, training and documentation to ensure the overall safety of the guests.
• When necessary may be required to rescue a guest from drowning, perform CPR, mouth‑to‑mouth or administer first aid.
• Other related duties assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

High School Graduate or GED.

Must have current lifeguard certification and maintain certification while employed.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Basic computer knowledge required.
