Position: RN Registered Nurse (Pahrump)
Location: Pahrump

We are in search of compassionate Nurses (RN) who live in or around Pahrump, NV, to provide in-home care to our wonderful and courageous patients in Pahrump.

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse, you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role, you are supported by a mission‑driven, nurse‑led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors, as we stay very competitive.

Shifts:
Full Time and Part Time Available (Days, Nights, some weekends)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to assigned patients
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the state of Nevada
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass pre‑employment screenings
