Senior Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a rock‑star General/Division Manager to manage the entire new production facility located in Pahrump, Nevada, about 50 miles outside of Las Vegas. Candidates should have experience in mass manufacturing that implements the Toyota Production System; for example, auto manufacturing is a good background. You do not need to be super seasoned, as we like to grow our team from the inside.

If you have the core skills and the ability to learn quickly, we are open to chatting. We believe some of the best leaders are those who learn from their team and subordinates.

This facility will fall under your control, and therefore you are responsible for its success. You will stand it up, get it running smoothly, and then handle the operations. This includes but is not limited to using your experience in manufacturing and managing a production facility. You should possess the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a strong desire to learn, and you should be prepared to perform not only office work but also work on the production floor and at construction sites.

• Stand up and run the new facility, ensuring smooth operations.

• Experience managing a manufacturing facility that implements TPS or a similar system.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Ability to work on the production floor and construction sites.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

• Production Master – At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and managing production personnel. High standards for quality and a desire to learn.
• Construction Inspector – At least 5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing, with high quality standards.
• Service Engineer (Maintenance & Repair) – At least 5 years of experience repairing CNC machines, understanding electronics, and available 24/7 to resolve issues.
• Construction Manager – At least 7 years of experience, especially in horizontal work and concrete slabs, and experience with government permits and subcontractors.
• Production Manager – At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing management (metal machining, CNC). High standards for quality and a desire to learn.
