Aara Tech Inc is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination for healthcare projects. This role works closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document healthcare business and functional requirements
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Translate healthcare workflows into system requirements
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support UAT and stakeholder reviews
- Maintain documentation in JIRA or Confluence
- 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile
- Understanding of healthcare processes (claims, EHR, providers)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
