Hotel/Resort Workers

Housekeeper duties and responsibilities:

• Operates various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers.
• Maintains facilities in a sanitary and infection free condition through washing, cleaning and replacement of equipment and furnishings.
• Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
• Damp-dusts furniture, light fixtures, window sills, etc.
• Empties trash containers daily.
• Wet-mops floors in all residents’ rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Damp-mops all corridor floors, lobby, dining areas, and others daily.
• Washes basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, and showers daily.
• Checks all vacant rooms daily to keep fresh.
• Cleans all air vents.
• Reports any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken window panes, missing nuts or screws, beds needing repair, etc.)

F&B positions
:

• Steward, busser, hostess employees are responsible for the efficient and timely transportation of plates to the dining room.
• This includes proper plate presentation in the kitchen, polishing all plates for service, correct positioning of plates, and ensuring garnish guidelines are met.
• You will maintain a breakdown station from set-up throughout the shift, assisting the kitchen and service staff with side work as needed.
• Your responsibilities also include clearing and resetting tables, restocking the service areas and beverage station, and maintaining cleanliness of counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storeroom areas.

Pay Rate $15.00 Per Hour

Average Hour / Week 32 - 40 Hours

Housing Rate $187 / Week / Person
