• Perform all Night Audit functions
  , including running nightly reports, posting room and tax, and completing the date roll.
• Update room statuses and ensure system accuracy for the next day's operations.
• Pre-register, check in, and check out guests
  , settling accounts according to hotel policies.
• Provide prompt, friendly guest service and respond to guest needs throughout the night.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations/PBX, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Offer accurate property information and assist with special accommodation requests.
• Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support overnight operations as needed.

• A friendly, professional personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during overnight hours.
• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy.
• Previous front desk or guest-service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and respond to visual and verbal cues.
• Comfort working independently and making sound decisions overnight.
