Location: Sun Valley
A seasonal culinary service provider is seeking experienced Special Diet Chefs / Sous Chefs for summer camp kitchens across the United States. This hands-on role requires knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions. Responsibilities include managing inventory, cooking from scratch, and engaging with campers. Candidates must have commercial kitchen experience and a Serv Safe certification.
