** Key Responsibilities
** Ensure the practice complies with OSHA requirements related to workplace safety, including the handling of hazardous materials and proper waste disposal. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and trends and implement necessary changes in practice procedures.

** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting. Occasional lifting and physical tasks may be required.
** Requirements:*
* * Veterinary Management and Technician experience is highly preferred.
* Is confident speaking to partners, veterinarians, support staff, and our clients
* Strong computer skills
* Confident writing skills
* Compassionate toward our clients and their pets
* Open to flexibility and change
* Able to support the staff with a work/life balance
