, the Arcade Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-energy spaces, loves interacting with families, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences in a lively arcade setting.

• Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere using positive tone, open body language, and consistent smiling and eye contact
• Provide accurate information about the property and its amenities
• Develop strong knowledge of arcade games and prize assortments to answer questions and proactively engage guests
• Learn and operate Intercard kiosks and Redemption POS systems accurately
• Monitor the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages; report suspicious activity immediately
• Address minor game and kiosk issues to reduce guest inconvenience; elevate unresolved issues to Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and all Arcade areas; restock supplies and redemption items as needed
• Follow proper cash-handling procedures for assigned bank funds; process transactions accurately
• Complete stock counts and other assigned projects
• Work with Supervisors to maintain the Redemption counter according to merchandising standards; report low stock or supply needs

• Ability to accurately make change
• Ability to perform simple math
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to work varied shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime when needed
• Strong team player who supports all areas within the Arcade & Retail Shops
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy, or smoky environments
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
