Under general supervision, the Slot Supervisor contributes to an entertaining atmosphere by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly manner, providing service in the assigned area, ensuring that machines are kept in good working order, making minor repairs, processing machine jackpots, and performing related duties. The Slot Supervisor oversees the activities of Slot Attendants on the casino floor, assists in the payment and approval of slot jackpots, hand‑pays, and all associated paperwork.

• Consistently provide customer service to guests, endeavoring to remember frequent players and establish personal contact to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Demonstrates resilience in dealing with challenging guests.
• Accurately verify and pay jackpots, cancelled credits, short pays, money exchanges, and reconcile currency according to established procedures.
• Report all disputes, malfunctions, and complaints to the Slot Shift Manager and/or slot technician.
• Proactively promote the Bally’s Rewards program; understand current card benefits and present the program to guests.
• Assist in training new personnel as needed.
• Replenish games with TITO paper as needed.
• Keep up to date with upcoming marketing events and promotions, and assist with the execution of marketing events involving slots.
• Maintain a clear understanding of slot machines and how to read pay tables.
• Accurately complete paperwork and work consistently within Company policies, procedures, department SOPs, and State and Federal policies and regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance for scheduled work as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years previous slot experience.
• Minimum 1 year prior supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Target Salary Range: $15.00
