Golden Nugget - 2300 South Casino Dr. [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a Player Services Representative at Golden Nugget, you'll:
Assist customers in the exchange of U.S. currency for casino chips, credit chips, cash, foreign currency, etc;
Sell gambling chips, tokens, or tickets to casino patrons, pay out jackpots and manage credit applications;
Create and issue Players Club cards and promote the program and related promotions;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking system, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information;
Ensure the protection of customers rewards & credit lines.
