BEHOLD! Reporting to the Sports book Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors,” you will ensure everyone feels welcome at our sports‑book(s). As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.

- Provide a top‑tier level of customer service that encourages repeat business.

- Become familiar with our betting options and engage customers regarding those options.
- Resolve customer disputes or complaints and escalar. to supervisor when needed.
- Show collaborative teamwork with other team members and leadership.
- Ensure all required paperwork/documentation is completed per company policy and gaming control‑board standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Flexible availability. Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, internet, etc.).
- Minimum one year of cash‑handling experience in a work setting. High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
- 21+ years of age.
- Pass a background check.
- Obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if required.
- High level of customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays).
- Professionalớ~ presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Compliance with all company and gaming‑board requirements.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift, pull or push up to 25 lbs.
- Write for extended periods.
- Twist, bend or reach without significant barriers.
