- Responsible for all money on assigned table during a live game. Knowledge of other carnival games and Black Jack a must.
- Play house hands from behind a gaming table and deal appropriate number of cards out to players, while providing outstanding customer service.
- Compare players' hands with the house and determine winner.
- Exchange money for chips to be used
