Our client is looking for an experienced Geologist to focus on detailed core and geotechnical logging—ensuring drill rig orientation, coordinating hole decisions with senior management, recording lithology/alteration/structures/veining/mineralization on tablets, assisting with geotech data (RQD, hardness, susceptibility), verifying 3D models in the field, and using geological software while adhering to all safety policies.
It’s a hands-on role centered on accurate logging and field support for exploration/mining, perfect if you enjoy detailed data collection, real-time drill decisions, and building reliable geological models in responsible mining. Interested? Let me know!
Requirements- Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, Mining or related discipline or the sciences from a four-year accredited college or University or demonstrated equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the geologicalfield.
- Experience logging drill core.
- Experience with porphyry copper and copper skarn deposits.
