Envision Physician Services is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at Desert View Hospital!

One year of ER experience required.

Position Profile:

• 21,000 annual ED volume

• 12% admission rate

• 17% transfer rate (higher level of care)

• Bed layout

  • 11 main ED beds

  • 4 hallway beds (typically inuse during peak hours)

  • 5 Fast Track beds/chais

  • During daytime hours (roughly 11am-8pm), the ED, hallway beds, and Fast Track are often completely full. Night shifts are significantly slower

• APP coverage

  • 110am - 10pm only

  • No night coverage required

• Cerner EMR

• W2 status with comprehensive benefits package
