Relationship Manager – Client Success & Portfolio Growth

We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow an allocated portfolio of clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, supporting clients in achieving their goals while building long-term, meaningful relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients while maintaining strong engagement and retention.
  • Build long-term relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, progress discussions, and reviews.
  • Understand client goals and provide guidance to support their progress.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and overall experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems.
  • Deliver a high level of client service and resolve queries professionally.
  • Support client events, engagement initiatives, and success stories.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in relationship management, client success, account management, or similar roles

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio.
  • Background in customer success, account management, or professional services.
