Call Center Director

Our client is a lead-generation and intake company supporting the professional legal industry. They’re looking to hire an Assistant Call Center Director based in Las Vegas. • Must have experience in large intake facilities (or similar industry), managing 20+ people
• Must have a background in customer service and management, and have excellent communication skills
• Must have experience dealing with customers and trouble-shooting issues
• Must have experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to navigate, and coordinate, with multiple internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with autodial systems such as Five9, or Vici is highly desirable
• Salary likely between $90k - $110K on the base + bonus, benefits, and PTO
