Penn National Gaming - : [Guest Service / Concierge] As a Front Desk & PBX Clerk at Penn National Gaming, you'll:
Make and confirm reservations and assist guests with problems or questions;
Assist the Player Development team with all reservations and requests;
Remain current on all casino activities and assist guests with all inquiries;
Answer phone and assist with clerical tasks;
Accurately enter all reservations into the computer system according to departmental policy and procedure.
