Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from direct mail leads
- Call clients that contacted us and asked to speak to a representative
- No cold calling
- Engage with potential clients to tailor a solution to suit their financial needs
- Learn to become an effective closer
- Great follow-up skills and pipeline management
- Experience with CRM software and how they function
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Type:
- Full-time
Pay:
- $20 per hour + monthly commission and bonus
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday
- Varied shifts (7-4, 8-5, 9-6)
