The part-time, onsite bookkeeper opportunity is for a homeowners association / residential property management company in Pahrump, NV. The bookkeeper is responsible for entering expenses and receipts into Quick Books, sending notices to residents, preparing associated reports, and maintaining financial data records.
Responsibilities- This role requires experience with Quick Books Online to perform general accounting functions, including accurate data entry, record maintenance, and routine financial tasks.
- The position also requires experience with Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and manage documents and data, including the ability to perform mail merges for the efficient preparation, upload data into Quick Books Online and distribution of notices and related communications.
- Typical administrative skills are needed to accomplish these tasks for the company.
- Must have experience using Quick Books Online.
- At least 1 year of experience as a bookkeeper, data entry clerk, accounts payable specialist, or accounts receivables specialist.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Constant Contact is a plus.
- Able to execute data entries meticulously and accurately.
- Must have strong organization and communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation, since this is strictly an onsite position.
- Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.

Part Time (20 hours per week) - Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 10am - 2pm - This is a temporary to permanent placement.
