TECHNICAL AND QUALITY ASSISTANT – 80-100%

AQC is a Swiss-based, international association founded in June 2014 to promote quality and safety in leather bracelet manufacturing. AQC was created to provide an additional service to all stakeholders in the watch and leather industries.

Its vision is to ensure a leather bracelet with the highest level of safety and proactively act for a responsible global supply chain.

As part of a small, friendly, and committed team, you will contribute to the overall success and impact of the projects.

• Carry out chemical testing
• Prepare reagents and analytical materials
• Manage samples and test results
• Handle chemical products
• Draft testing and analysis requests
• Liaise with external laboratories
• Organize international shipments via Fed Ex
• Manage data and information systems
• Supervise quality documentation
• Perform any other duties assigned by the team

• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking

• Ability to simplify, improve, and solve problems
• Confidence working independently after initial guidance
• Polyvalence

• Basic training in chemistry or an equivalent scientific background
• Proficiency with iOS applications and Microsoft Office; additional information technology skills are an asset
• Proficiency in French and English
• Available to work on site in Neuchâtel
