Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manger

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve quality performance across our clients manufacturing operations. This is a senior role requiring strong technical depth, proven leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multicultural, customer-driven environment.

• Lead and manage the Manufacturing Quality function, ensuring robust quality performance across production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and industry standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and automotive core tools
• Oversee quality activities related to IC production flows, including process development, audits, and failure analysis
• Lead problem-solving activities using structured quality tools and methodologies
• Manage customer quality requirements, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are met
• Support project execution through strong project management practices
• Lead, mentor, and develop quality teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or Physics
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Experience with in semiconductors – IC Front-End
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Quality Management or Quality Leadership role
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with strong Lean manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
