- Apporter votre expertise sur l'ensemble des étapes de fabrication des cadrans
- Analyser et résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés en production
- Participer à la définition, la validation et l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication
- Contribuer à la montée en compétence des équipes (formations internes, partage de bonnes pratiques)
- Être un support actif aux projets d'industrialisation et de développement de nouveaux produits
- Proposer et mettre en oeuvre des actions d'amélioration continue pour fiabiliser et optimiser les processus
- Collaborer avec les services qualité, méthodes, industrialisation, R&D et production
- Management d'équipe éventuelle, à confirmer
