Front End Technical Support Manager

We are looking for a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead a team of technicians within a transversal support organisation. Your mission is to ensure uninterrupted delivery of all chemistry required for internal operations, while overseeing strategic Deionized Water stations, rough pumps and gas abatement systems. You will also manage the chemistry warehouse efficiently and contribute to the organisation’s long term environmental goals related to water recycling and emissions reduction.

• Lead, develop and support a team delivering services to internal customers.
• Create and update official procedures to capture and formalise technical knowledge.
• Oversee:
• Ultra pure Deionized Water (DIW) generation stations
• Wastewater neutralisation stations
• Chemical warehouse operations and stock levels
• Rough pumps maintenance
• Gas abatement systems and scrubbers
• Chemical waste management
• Parts cleaning and support for sub fab equipment
• Participate in on call duty rotations.
• Collaborate with internal technical services, production teams, chemists and partner companies on site.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners.

• BSc or technical degree with proven team management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in pumps, abatement systems or Deionized Water station maintenance.
• Strong leadership, change management capability and continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexible, proactive, pragmatic, solution oriented and organised.
• Excellent teamwork and stress management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English (B2 level).
