To complete our Waves team, we are looking for a barman/barmaid (CDI): 100% with possibility of accommodation during the trial period.

• Take orders and carefully prepare signature drinks and cocktails.
• Ensure smooth and high‑quality service, adapted to client flow.
• Manage bar stock and equipment with rigor.
• Participate actively in the creation and updating of drink, cocktail, and spirit menus.
• Handle cash transactions transparently.

• Confirmed experience as a barman/barmaid in a 4 or 5‑star establishment.
• Mastery of mixology, cocktail preparation techniques, and bar service.
• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and premium products.
• Native French speaker, fluent English.
• Excellent relational sense, polished appearance, and passion for customer satisfaction.
• Team spirit, dynamism, and willingness to invest in a demanding environment.
