Position: GDP Operations Specialist H/F

Are you passionate about quality management and looking to thrive in a dynamic international environment? Our customer is an important multinational pharmaceutical company based in the Neuchâtel area and he’s seeking a temporary 12‑month assignment for a GDP Operations Specialist H/F to join its Global Delivery Solutions (GDS) team within the Global Supply Chain.

Your Role:

As a GDP Operations Specialist for the EMEA and APAC regions, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System. You will collaborate with In‑Market Quality and Global Supply Chain Compliance teams to ensure the safety, quality, and traceability of pharmaceutical products across the supply chain.

Quality Management
  • Lead Change Control processes and QMS activities.
  • Conduct investigations for deviations and identify root causes.
  • Prepare, update, and approve procedures in compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
Operational Support
  • Support internal audits, health authority inspections, and supply chain projects.
  • Compile performance metrics and manage documentation according to record management and data integrity standards.
  • Ensure timely progress and closure of CAPAs and other corrective actions.
  • Drive local initiatives to enhance compliance and reduce costs.
  • Conduct technical assessments and risk analyses, including for contracted activities impacting GDP.
Profil attendu Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
Experience
  • 5-8 years in a quality or compliance role in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on GDP.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical legislation and GDP practices.
Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Formal GDP certification and proven ability to apply international regulations.
