Le candidat idéal doit posséder au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un bureau d'ingénieur, dont 5 années en Suisse, une formation en ingénierie et des compétences en géotechnique et dimensionnement de travaux spéciaux. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle.
