Pour un de nos clients, leader dans le domaine du génie civil et de la construction de routes, nous recherchons un chef d'équipe.
Stellenbeschreibung- Participation à la préparation et à l'organisation du chantier
- Participation à la construction des équipes
- Mise en œuvre et application des consignes de sécurité
- Proactivité et raisonnement dans l'intérêt général du chantier
- Certificat de chef d'équipe ou titre jugé équivalent dans le domaine du génie civil
- Bonne connaissance du chantier génie civil
- Organisation, proactivité, flexibilité, dynamisme et bonne gestion du stress
- Capacité à motiver et manager les équipes
- Vous faîtes preuve d'initiative, avez le goût des responsabilités, et le sens du commandement
- Connaissances accrues et respect des règles de sécurité
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique un plus
- Grande responsabilité et autonomie dans votre travail
- Rémunération en lien avec le poste
- Une équipe jeune et ouverte d'esprit
