Senior Test Engineer

Supporting VP's, CTO's and Engineering Managers to seek and hire the best talent within the European Semiconductor and RF domain.

We’re seeking a Senior ATE Test Engineer to join a leading technology organisation. This senior, permanent role offers the chance to work on high-reliability products, collaborate with international teams, and make a real impact on test processes and product quality.

• Support production with product-related non-conformance events and drive resolutions with quality and development teams.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise automatic test equipment (ATE) test programs on platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne.
• Analyse test data, optimise test flows, and contribute to cost-of-test reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and external partners for technical support and knowledge transfer.
• Define and maintain test standards, guidelines, and validation tools.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and support internal tool development for automation and data analysis.

• 4+ years in Test or Product Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience with automatic test equipment (ATE) and scripting for test automation and data analysis (e.g., Python, C++).
• Strong understanding of validation methodologies (fault coverage, yield analysis, escape rate analysis) and hands‑on hardware debugging.
• Familiarity with industry quality and reliability standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, work with distributed teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics, mechatronics, industrial computing, or related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages or process‑improvement certifications are a plus.
