Description du poste
- Mise en soumission, participation à l'adjudication de travaux,
- Coordination des mandataires et entreprises sous-traitantes,
- Présence quotidienne sur chantier pour suivre les travaux, faire respecter le planning/délais et animer les séances de chantier,
- Gérer la sécurité et l'application des procédures,
- Effectuer des relevés, contrôler la facturation,
- Phase de réception et levée de réserves...
- Formations : d'architecte, ingénieur technicien ES ou dessinateur en bâtiment,
- Première expérience en gestion de projets en EG ou DT bureau d'architecte en Suisse IMPERATIVE, minimum deux ans chez le même employeur,
- Profil capable d'interagir avec les Mandataires / Sous-traitants
