Een sportbond in Nederland is op zoek naar een Bondscoach verantwoordelijk voor de sporttechnische visie en ontwikkeling van topsportprogramma's binnen de turnsport. Je ontwikkelt strategieën, stuurt coaches aan en zorgt voor een veilig topsportklimaat voor atleten. Ideale kandidaten hebben HBO+ niveau, ervaring in nationale structuren en kunnen goed functioneren onder prestatiedruk. Hybride werken is mogelijk, met Papendal als thuisbasis.
