Een organisatie in de jeugdzorg zoekt tijdelijk een Teamcoördinator voor het begeleiden van jongeren met complexe uitdagingen. Je coacht en ondersteunt begeleiders bij kritieke casuïstiek en systeeminterventies. De rol is perfect voor iemand die direct impact wil maken zonder eindeloos vergaderen. Je hebt ervaring in de jeugdzorg en behoudt de rust in crisissituaties. Humor en relativeringsvermogen zijn een pluspunt.
