Een zorgorganisatie zoekt een woonbegeleider in Ermelo. Je biedt ondersteuning aan cliënten met psychische problematiek en creëert een veilige omgeving waarin ze zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Met een diploma MMZ of HBO maatschappelijk werk en relevante ervaring kom je in aanmerking voor een contract van 20-28 uur, met een salaris tussen de €2.470,- en €4.149,- op basis van 36 uur. Je werkt zelfstandig en samen met een multidisciplinair team.
