In deze rol stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners en bied je begeleiding in hun dagelijks leven. Je werkt op basis van een vastgesteld ondersteuningsplan en voedt een warme, ondersteunende omgeving. Je komt in aanmerking met een mbo-3 diploma in zorg en welzijn en hebt passie voor de zorg.
