Een organisatie voor sociale zorg in ‘t Harde is op zoek naar een persoonlijke begeleider. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het persoonlijk begeleiden van bewoners en het opstellen van begeleidingsplannen. Vereist zijn een MBO niveau 4 of HBO opleiding in sociale richting en de bereidheid om onregelmatig te werken. Deze rol biedt een contract van 24 uur met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een bruto salaris tussen € 2.903,- en € 4.335,- afhankelijk van ervaring.
