Een organisatie in de jeugdhulp in Nederland zoekt een jeugdconsulent. Als aanspreekpunt voor jeugd en gezinnen met hulpvragen ben je verantwoordelijk voor intakegesprekken, het opstellen van ondersteuningsplannen en het begeleiden van gezinnen. Je moet minimaal 2 jaar ervaring hebben als consulent en een hbo-bachelor in Social Work of vergelijkbaar. Beheersing van het Nederlands is vereist. Dit is een tijdelijke functie met uitzicht op vast.
