Een zorginstelling voor mensen met een beperking in Huis ter Heide is op zoek naar een Persoonlijk Begeleider Intensieve Zorg. In deze rol ondersteun je volwassen cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden op Boerderij Sterrenberg. Je stelt ondersteuningsplannen op, coacht collega's, en zorgt voor een veilige omgeving. De functie biedt een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband en een salaris tussen de € 2.992,- en € 4.178,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
