Een gemeente in Nederland zoekt een Consulent Toegang die verantwoordelijk is voor de ondersteuning van inwoners binnen het sociaal domein. Je werkt in een team en speelt een cruciale rol in het in kaart brengen van hulpvragen en het bieden van passende hulp. De functie vereist een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding in zorg of sociaal werk, evenals ervaring met relevante wet- en regelgeving.
Deze rol omvat het beheren van de e-mailbox van het Zorgteam en het afhandelen van digitale communicatie. Een dienstverband via Yacht met een maximaal salaris van €4500 per maand.
