Een jeugdzorgorganisatie in Enumatil zoekt een gedragswetenschapper voor 16 tot 20 uur per week. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg en ondersteunt jongeren en collega's. Er wordt een tijdelijk contract van 12 maanden aangeboden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Jouw rol omvat het opstellen van zorgplannen en het coachen van medewerkers. Vereist zijn een relevante WO-opleiding en ervaring in de jeugdzorg.
