Je coördineert de zorg en begeleiding, werkt samen met andere woonbegeleiders en draagt zorg voor dossiervorming en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening is vereist. Het biedt een betekenisvolle baan in een betrokken team met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
