About Us:

Micro‑Star International Co. Ltd. (MSI) is a global leader in computer hardware, renowned for our innovation in servers, motherboards, graphics cards, notebooks, tablets, desktops, and IT peripherals. We are expanding our footprint in Europe with the EPS business unit, a dynamic new division under Micro‑Star Netherlands Holding BV. EPS focuses on the sales of AI‑powered servers, motherboards, and complete L10 systems for Southern and Eastern Europe.

Based in Son (near Eindhoven, Netherlands), we distribute through an extensive network of distributors and resellers.

Your Role

As a (Junior) Account Manager EPS, you will play a critical role in developing and expanding our B2B sales network in Southern and Eastern Europe. You will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distribution partners, and resellers.

Drive new business development by creating and expanding sales channels.

Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to maximize growth.

Coordinate with suppliers Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA to showcase solutions with distributors and increase sales leads.

Work closely with marketing teams to define strategic approaches for your territory.

Travel across Europe for business development (approximately 40% of your time).

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or related field.

3–6 years of sales experience in the server industry.

Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships in channel business for distributors, system integrators, telcos, and large enterprises.

Experience in the Southern and Eastern European markets.

Passion for consumer electronics and computer hardware.

Fluent in English and Dutch;
French is a plus.
