Position: Sales Development Representative (Groenlo, NL)

At Nedap Security, we develop smart and innovative access systems that make organizations worldwide more secure and efficient. For our commercial team, which focuses on Key Accounts in Europe, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

As an SDR, your primary focus will be on creating high-quality client agreements regarding physical security. You'll work with large organizations such as multinationals and (semi-)governmental organizations, where scale and complexity converge in the field of physical security. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and contacting stakeholders at key accounts, working closely with sales and marketing to fill the pipeline with high-quality client agreements/opportunities.

To achieve this, it's important that you can work from our campus in Groenlo a few days a week.

Your responsibilities
  • Managing and qualifying incoming leads through our CRM system Hub Spot;
  • Proactively identify and approach both existing and new key accounts using tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator;
  • Supporting the DACH Sales team in expanding business at existing key accounts;
  • Scheduling appointments and building relationships with potential customers;
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in Hub Spot;
  • Collaborate with our German telemarketing partner to strengthen outreach efforts;
  • Participate in the organization of events in the DACH region such as customer days together with colleagues from Sales and Marketing;
Your team

You'll join our Market Solutions Team within Key Market Security, working with colleagues from both our headquarters and remote locations across Europe. This team includes commercial professionals across the entire customer journey, including Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Consultants, Account Management, and Customer Success. The Market Solutions Team is led by our Market Solutions Director and is responsible for winning new Key Accounts and growing our business with existing Key Accounts.

Within the team, you'll become part of our DACH Sales Team, which consists of Sales Managers and the telemarketing agency. You'll be responsible for Sales Development and work closely with the SDRs for other regions. You'll receive coaching from our New Business Cluster Lead, with whom you'll have weekly contact regarding ongoing projects.

Communication with team members will take place both in the office and online. We will meet as a team at least a few times a year to share experiences, celebrate successes, and discuss plans and progress.

  • You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English;
    Dutch is a plus;
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial field or comparable background;
  • You have experience with outbound calling – or are motivated to learn and develop this;
  • You like to work with (or want to learn to work with) tools such as Hub Spot, Linked In Sales…
